Apiraami “Api” Arunagiri
Nutrition & Wellness Consultant (CNP Student)
Api believes nutrition should help you understand your body better — not make you feel like you need to follow a perfect diet.
Currently completing her training toward becoming a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Api brings a whole-person approach to nutrition and wellness, looking at the connection between food, daily habits, stress, energy, digestion, mood, movement, and the way you feel in your body day to day.
Her approach is supportive, practical, and highly individualized. Rather than handing you a long list of rules, Api works with you to understand what may be getting in the way of your goals and helps build realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle.
She has a particular interest in supporting clients who want to improve areas such as:
digestion, bloating, and gut comfort
energy, focus, and mental wellness
women’s wellness and changing nutritional needs
inflammation, movement, and recovery
sustainable eating habits and overall wellbeing
What makes Api’s role especially unique at StoneRMT is the opportunity to work alongside a broader rehabilitation and wellness team. Nutrition does not have to exist in its own little box. When appropriate and with your consent, your nutrition goals can complement the work you are already doing through massage therapy, rehabilitation, movement, fitness, and other services at the clinic.
Api’s goal is to help you make sense of your habits, feel more confident in your choices, and create changes that are actually realistic enough to maintain.
Outside of her work in wellness, Api genuinely enjoys practicing the same principles she shares with others — taking care of herself, staying curious about health, and finding ways to make self-care feel like part of real life rather than another task on the list.
Her philosophy: small, intentional changes can create meaningful momentum when they are built around the person — not just the plan.
